In order to promote the use of licensed commercial software, BSA, CCM and CPTTM Cyber-Lab co-organized a "Licensed software asset management" seminar on March 20, 2007. It is critical that for the Macau people to understand software intellectual property right, its implications and how to protect their companies from the risks of under licensing or copyright violations. With software asset management, they can ensure a maximum return of their investments on software. We had the honor to have speakers from the Macao Customs, Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department and Macau University to share their information.
