Nowadays, the construction industry in Macau is flourishing. Construction sites of various size can be found everywhere. Furthermore, in every site, the workers must keep working continuously so as to finish the project asap. In addition to hiring more workers and extending the working hours, there are yet other factors that can enhance the efficiency of the project.
Suppose a project is to be completed by several teams in sequence and the progress is delayed due to the lack of communication between the teams that when one team has finished their job but the other team is not informed. It the coordination between the teams can be enhanced, delays can be avoid . Another example that a project drawing is to be completed by different teams, if they can start drawing their own part simultaneouly, and then combine all together later on ,the efficiency can be raised.The above problems can use resolved by using some computer softwares to achieve the goal. Autodesk company has the leading position in developing constructional related software. In addition to the well-known AutoCAD software, there is another project collaboration software-Buzzsaw, and various softwares for the construction industry.
