Join our first official Sun Java course

CPTTM is now a Sun Authorized Education Center and launching the first official Sun Java course. On completion you'll get a certificate from Sun.

New software releases

• Eclipse Europa is a release containing many major Eclipse projects (including the Eclipse platform 3.3 and WTP 2.0) in one go. It is now available for download.
• Apache MyFaces 1.2 has been released. It supports JSF 1.2.

15 useful tools for web developers

A list of useful tools such as checking broken links, testing accessibility, Javascript debugging and etc.

PHP4 is dead

The support for PHP4 will end by the end of 2007. If you have PHP4 code that is still to be maintained, it maybe about time to upgrade.

Worst Java practices

Here are some worst Java practices you should not do. Among them, my personal pick is "Not removing commented out code". Such code is just sitting there and no one dares to delete it.
