| Objective |
After completion of this course, the attendees will learn practical skills on conducting good lecutres. For those candidates with potential teaching ability, we will consider to hire them to teach IT courses at CPTTM Cyberlab. |
| Content |
In each session:
- Each student is needed to perform a 10 to 15 minute demo lecture, evaluated by the coordinator. The content is selected by the student.
- The students will discuss with one another and/or with the coordinator, pointing out the strong and weak points. Then, students should try to improve in the same and the coming sessions.

The average score of the demo lecture is equal or greater than 6.5. (Full mark = 10) |
| Target audience |
Who would like to teach at CPTTM and have some IT skills (e.g. Web design, Multimedia, Programming, Networking, 2D Design and Computer hardware etc) They don't have to be good instructors right now, but they must be prepared to learn.

Have solid knowledge on IT subjects (e.g. Web design, Multimedia, Programming, Networking, 2D Design and Computer hardware etc.). Enthusiastic in teaching and willing to learn and improve continuously. |

| Fee |
MOP1,500. Those who pass the assessments and whose attendance is 80% or greater will be reimbursed 100% of the fee; Those who pass the assessments but whose attendance is 50% or greater but less than 80% will be reimbursed 75% of the fee; Those who fail in the assessments but whose attendence is 80% or greater will be reimbursed 75% of the fee. |
