| Objective |
ITIL V3 was released in May 2007. After attending this course participants who have a foundation level knowledge and understanding of ITIL Version 2 will understand the new features and concepts of ITIL Version 3 and will be ready to take the ITIL Version 3 exam. |
| Content |
Participants will:
- The Service Management Lifecycle
- Changes to the core processes
- Service Models and Service Provider Types
- Roles, Functions and Organizational models
- ITIL Version 3 exam structure
- The course already includes the exam fee for the ITIL foundation certification exam (students can skip it if so desired). Those passing will be granted an international certificate in ITIL from EXIN.
